Norte Burgers — Restaurant in Baja California

Went for dinner yesterday. Nice little spot, cute inside. The waitress was great, although there were only us and one other table of three. We tried both of their "signature" burgers, a burger with BBQ pork on it and a burger with mac and cheese on it. Both burgers were not very good. The burgers seem to have been frozen, likely Costco or something similar, and were a strange texture. The BBQ pork was super sweet, likely also a boxed meat. The mac and cheese wasn't great either (out of a container?). The fries were good. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a good burger. Cost per burger was $12.

I'm from Jacksonville Florida visiting for a week. I've had tacos three different ways but tonight I wanted something other than a taco and found Norte Burger. Not sure if I was going to be duped by beautiful pics of food online that don't match what is put in front of me. Omar was a friendly face who helped me past the language barrier and helped me order. I landed on the Norte Rib that caught my eye and to my surprise, it was absolutely amazing. I hadn't had a burger this good in years. Personally I was a little timid because I was expecting it to be more spicy but the bbq flavor was perfect. Avocado slices and a splash of garlic chalula would have taken it to a whole other level but I'm definitely glad and thankful I stopped by. I look forward to trying la 33 tacos de Birria next. Great place for a great burger.

it's it a little pricier than your regular burger joint but the quality of the burgers are worth it.

big, muchie and delicious recipes are on thw menu, pull pork on your burger? you got it. you want mac n cheese on that bad boy? they got you.

make yourself a favor, go get one along with a beer and thank me later.

the place is small but pretty and they have a wide selection of national and craft beers.
