Café del Mar — Restaurant in Cancún

On 4/19/24 at 8:00 pm at Miramar restaurant, I received horrible Service. I was sat at a table, then placed an order for drinks. The next 45 mins I watched other customers be sat and receive their food while I Still have yet to place a food order. I asked the receptionist if there was a way to file a complaint due the horrible service, she explained it was a busy time even though the restaurant only had 3 other tables with customers. I feel this experience was very racist and uncalled for, If the restaurant did not want to Serve a black couple then they should have denied the reservation instead of giving...

definitely a hidden gem. No reservations required, and the night we dined there was no line up. We had a table next to the beach on a beautiful sunset evening. The food was average, while the service was top notch (I had the New York strip which was reasonably tender (not great) which is my experience with New York strip steaks). I would definitely go here...
