Starbucks Kukulcán DT — Restaurant in Cancún

Cheap and not very cheerful. Booked here as it was close to airport and as we had early flight didn't have time to use pool/fitness centre in other hotels. 1st room we were allocated had very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we asked to change and this was agreed ( neither my wife or I smoke ). Fair enough, not directly attributable to the hotel but the cleaner must not have had a sense of smell. Person who checked us in said they are aware of our early checkout and a 'packed' breakfast was agreed as I had put this in the original booking. In the morning, after waking up the guy on reception, he denied any knowledge of us being given a bagged breakfast but then did put out all the breakfast cereals for us early to have a rushed breakfast. The guy who had checked us in was aware as it was in original booking. Not something I can confirm but the taxi to the airport did not have good opinion of the staff saying there is usually a problem for guests...

1st off when I made my order they did not understand it don't have blonde roast it seems have blonde roasted scenes in Mexico. Then when you ask for a flat white it automatically means regular whole milk but continuously ask the same question do you want regular milk well when that's the order I place and it's on your menu you should know what that means.
