If I could leave a review with negative stars I would. I booked this service several days before expected arrival, September 30th. I received an email asking to provide more clarification as to where we are staying. I responded via email and called the number listed just to make sure everything was correct and avoid any confusion. The man answering the phone was sighing and smacking his lips throughout the entire conversation like I was inconveniencing him. I left it be and chalked it up to maybe he wasn’t having a great day. Well, when we arrived in Cancun we were greeted by a plethora of taxi drivers attempting to get our business. After searching for our driver, who we were told would be there at a certain time, I contacted the number again for assistance in locating the driver. I got the same man as earlier who told us to search for a man in an orange vest at a certain area. After 15 more minutes of searching and getting increasingly stressed out I contacted the number once again. The same agent answered the phone, incredibly rude and when I asked him to repeat himself as I couldn’t hear him over the people he said “No lady, you need to wait” and hung up on me. After an hour past our arrival and the time we were promised a driver would be there, we had to resort to other transportation. As young women in a foreign country it was incredibly stressful and completely unnecessary. The attitude from the agent answering the phone was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you do decide to use this company, I pray you never have to contact them because you will receive...
Read moreThe worst service ever and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY if you don't want to be left behind at the airport. This is really serious. You book a service in advance, pay for it in advance and the driver leaves because the flight was delayed. Still at the airport trying to find a shuttle. Everything is booked and the local taxis want to charge us USD 275 for a ride to Tulum, when it generally costs USD 100 for a van! They do not answer WhatsApps or pick up the phone. A disaster. I have been working in hospitality and customer services for 15 years and I still cannot believe that they left us behind without any solution or alternative and we have been at the airport for 3 hours on a saturday night to find another option. Please, do yourself a favour and book any other company, there are...
