This was our 5th trip to Temptation and just when we think we've had our best trip, it just keeps getting better! Gloria, Rene, and the rest of the Premier crew were there to welcome us with open arms to kick off a week of fun and relaxation.

Azul & Nacho were our butlers for this trip and they took such great care of everything we needed, from dinner reservations to the items we wanted stocked in our room. They sent us morning messages to wish us a great day and inform us of the daily activities. There is so much we would have missed if they wouldn't have let us know. This was the second trip in a row that we had Azul as our butler and our first with Nacho. We had kept in touch with Azul and were so happy to see her again. Great job to you both and we will request you in February!

Dulce helped us book an afternoon on the Premier Yacht in the middle of our trip and she did an amazing job! We purchased a nice bottle of tequila from her, which made exquisite drinks on the ship. She listened to what we wanted to do, which was swim in the beautiful shallow water off the coast and visit a beach bar on Isla Mujeres. She communicated everything to the Captain and he delivered without us even having to ask. It was such a memorable day with our friends that we will never forget. Thank you so much, Dulce!

We worked with Maria to book an unbelievable afternoon at the Spa. You will see Maria walking all over the resort helping guests with their reservations and selecting the perfect services. We combined the Neck, Shoulder & Back massage with the Tantric Experience and it blew our minds! Martha & Asmari were our technicians and they did a wonderful job! Be sure to show up for your booking 30 minutes early to take advantage of the hydrotherapy for no additional cost.

On our last full day, we were so happy to run into Liz at the Sexy Pool! She used to be a server at Sky 3.5 and is now serving down at the fun pool. She brought us a bucket of beer (and kept them coming) as well as additional ice as we needed it. It was so great to see Liz again - she is such a happy person and we love to see her smile!

Alberto & Lucio took great care of us at Rain and we always asked to be at their section. This is not your average buffet - there are specialty stations for omelets, tortas, etc. Be sure to visit Alberto & Lucio, and take advantage of this yummy food!

On this trip, we met some new Playmakers and their staff has definitely been upgraded! Pretty Boy cracked us up and they were so kind to dance with us at Bash late at night. We don't know how they keep up the pace!

Lastly, we would like to acknowledge the great upkeep of the resort. Every time we are there, we see the Temptation team painting, cleaning, and ensuring that the property is immaculate. We don't know the names of those responsible, but thank you, and great job keeping Temptation beautiful!

Travelled in January 2025. This trip was extra special for us as we got to party and celebrate with old friends. We had met Ivan the butler last trip and he introduced us to Yamy this visit. Last trip we felt he was adequate this visit he truly “shined“, from the moment Ivan greeted us we felt like we were honored guest and VIPs. Because we had many other couples joining us on this trip we had a lot of complicated requests, from nightly dinner reservations for large or small groups, cabana reservations with particular alcohol and decorations, all we heard from Ivan and Yamy was “yes”, “absolutely“, “it will be done as you requested“. On the day of our main birthday celebration, both Ivan and Yamy decorated our suite and brought cake and champagne, it was very thoughtful! They also arranged in room special party snacks, sushi, and sweets. Everything arrived on time, very fresh and without issues. We also brought decorations from home for that nights cabana party, we were very nervous it was not going to be done as I planned, but when we inquired about it, bith Ivan and Yamy said, “don’t worry, we got you!”. Everything was so awesome and truly special. Ivan and Yamy really went above and beyond this trip. Every request was completed within hours, if not minutes; attention was payed to care, accuracy and highest dedication to making sure we were fully attended to in any request or manner. Ivan and Yamy the butlers are an example of true professional, dedicated, passionate, and hardworking individuals. They had made our trip unforgettable! Adan! Thank you so much! Reservations messed up our reservation. They sent the email for the final payment to my old email and then canceled my trip. My husband and I have been coming to Tempatioms for 6 consecutive years. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary this year to be informed that the hotel was sold out for 1 of the days and that we had no reservation. But Adan the manager came to assist us. He did not waste any time! He accommodated us with patience and professionalism. He even upgraded our status! Thank you Adan!! You are truly the right person for management! ❤️
