DO NOT GO!!!! Unfortunately my family and I had an awful experience here. When we got there they told us we had to buy a bottle to get in. When we decided against it, they told us the bottle prices were in pesos so it would be affordable in USD. We went in, got the bottle and when I paid they told me the $268 tab was actually in USD. I went ahead and paid it, but instead of leaving us be when the card went through they asked me all sorts of questions about my identification, questioned my signature on the receipt, the works. So I told them based on their treatment of me and the fact that they misled us in the first place, something I STUPIDLY overlooked instead of just leaving, my family and I didn’t feel comfortable and wanted our money back. Of course they refused and I spent 15 minutes going back and forth with them on how their practices were dishonest and predatory on American patrons (oh, forgot to mention another patron saw what was going on, came up and confronted them on not charging her when she came in). I consider it a lesson learned and won’t ever take establishments at face value again, BUT take this review as a warning if you decide to visit Cabo: DO NOT...
Read moreI concur… DO NOT GO! I had the same exact experience as someone else who posted here. I was just there last night and when I asked how much for drinks they priced it in usd and then for the bottle they priced it in pesos! So of course we went for the bottle! We ended up with a $280 tab for a bottle, and not only that they refused to refill our cranberry juice mixer. I asked the waiter about the initial pricing they gave us and he tried doing some psychological mind game playing with me saying “I will show you the receipt” blah blah blah…. I said to him I don’t need to see the receipt! I told you “you know and I know what you originally quoted me when you walked in.” There is really nothing I could do at that point so luckily my friend brought his credit card! I will never go here again and I will tell all travelers to stay away from Mandala Cabo San Lucas. This place is corruption at its finest. I work in the travel industry and I will be very sure to tell everyone to stay...
Read moreWe booked this place for my friend's bachelorette. We paid for a table when we should have just walked by with a group of girls and just gotten a table for free. When we got to our table they told us that the bottles were what we were paying for and that we had to pay for the chasers. Imagine paying 700 dollars for a table and having to pay for the JUICE and WATER. To drink their watered down bottles of alcohol. It's a rip off. The music is okay and the vibes are alright but for the amount we paid we really should have gotten at least one chase. They also hounded us for a tip at the end of the night as if we owed them something. The service wasn't bad but for 700 dollars they really should give us WATER and JUICE. Would not recommend spending your money here. If you're a girl just walk by. My friend also left her phone in the bathroom stall and the worker in there wouldn't give it back without a tip. We have her 2 dollars and then she gave her phone...
