Valeria and Joshua, the creative team behind Fluffy's Versalles, have reproduced the magic! Fluffy's Zona Romántica shares the same whimsical atmosphere as the OG location. The theme is sky blue and cloud white, which matches the cloud-like fluffiness of their renowned Japenese-inspired soufflé pancakes.

The fluffys are dangerously delicious in the sense that you're likely to become obsessed if you dare to try them! Beyond unique, they come in many variations that are endlessly customizable to your individual preferences, and they're light yet extremely satisfying. If you're looking to pair the fluffies with a more hearty American breakfast, then I recommend the Good Morning Fluffy, which is two fluffys (pictured here with berries and whipped cream) accompanied by two eggs and bacon. If you're not feeling as adventurous, then you can substitute regular pancakes for the fluffys.

Fluffy's Zona Romántica has a broad breakfast and lunch menu, including pancakes, waffles, chilaquiles, savory and sweet molletes, various salads, bagels with protein (ham, salmon, etc.), smoothies and smoothie bowls, milkshakes, and all sorts of coffee and tea offerings.

Just off the beaten path, Fluffy's is a delightful breakfast restaurant that adds a refreshing flavor to the romantic zone's breakfast scene.

My husband and I were immediately welcomed by a bright, modern, and clean restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress named Sandra who was very helpful and patient with us as we navigated a full menu of many tempting options to choose from.

I ordered the omelet and got the matcha fluffy pancakes. The pancake was absolutely delicious and it did not need any syrup. They are already sweetened, so if you are a syrup lover, you may find you don't need, or even want, the syrup so you can get the full flavor of the pancake.

We had a chance to speak with the manager Alberto. He asked for our opinions and feedback on the food, service, and environment. They seem very customer focused here.

Wow! If you have never had fluffy pancakes before. You have to come try this. It is a must when visiting PV, not only was the food amazing (Blueberry Compote Fluffy) the service was spectacular. They were attentive and always within a quick glance if you needed something. We were traveling during the hot months and they quickly accommodated us inside in the cold AC to help keep us cool in the hot summer days in PV. 💯 Recommended.
