Didn’t let me in even if I came during the grace period. I walked in at 1:06 and they had already let someone in before me saying I needed to be in at 1:07… it was 1:06. And instead of apologizing they gave the excuse that I had to be at my reformer by 7 minutes without giving me the chance to get to my reformer, they gave the spot to someone else and got paid twice for one spot while not honoring the grace period. Also some of your newer trainers are not trained in classic Pilates. They instruct people to do dangerous moves that cause injury. One of the instructors caused me to sprain my ankle and in the same class someone hurt her trapezius. The quality of the customer service and classes is going down. Booked this class on Mindbody only to find out myself and others went to the wrong location as the business has it written wrong in the app. Upon asking for a refund which is totally fair given they had the wrong address in the app of the studio, they have completely been silent and there has been no response. Really disappointing and will never book here again. My favorite place to do reformer Pilates in cdmx. Great location, beautiful/clean studio and kind staff. The class is taught mostly in Spanish, but the instructor will do call outs in English which makes it easy to follow along if you are not fluent in Spanish.
