McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexico City

I was with my home girls. We walked in because its faster. last time in the car, it took like twenty more minutes. It was like i starved to death. Lol. The food was sooo good. like the fries were extra crispy and hot. The burgers had fresh pickles and fresh everything. I saved the mcdonalds bags for a minute. cause i had fast food in mexico. 😁🥳 The people around us was doing their own thing. With any place we just dont wanna be robbed or get in the cross fire of a fight. Anyway i had my phone cause i was Jittery. and also my Translator for any language is on there. we already decided what we were gonna order before hand, down to the drinks. I had music playing on my headset and was getting some straws and napkins. U can never have too many. i got anxiety so i was like using hand sanitizers, looking for the bathroom, lol. I got there in time cause that toilet paper and soap was almost empty....

I have always enjoyed McDonald's breakfast with coffee. I've had hundreds of times in different countries. McDonald's usually a good choice because the coffee is hot and the food is consistent. At this location on Reforma and insurgentes, my experience was the opposite. My food took over an hour to be prepared and once they finally gave it to me they said they had no more pancakes. Why would you let me order a deluxe breakfast and wait an hour to tell me that?! Horrible experience. Food was cold, coffee was bitter and lukewarm, the hash browns and bacon were so overcooked and greasy that I felt nauseous. I am also noticing that most reviews of this particular location on Reforma and Insurgentes are 1 star with horrible comments about the same things. Avoid this location at all costs! They didn't even apologize or offer anything for the horrible food...

Asco de restaurante, aplastan todo lo que es la marca, antes cuando venía a este lugar tenía mejor apariencia y una mejor gerencia, es un asco, si pasan por ahí; solo sirve de estacionamiento, porque la comida y la gente es muy nefasta, inicialmente con la gente que atiende el estacionamiento, antes dejaban más espacios para carros y motos y ahora todas las motos las amontonan y los carros solo te dejan ponerlos donde ellos dicen, que porque están reservados los demás, realmente si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovéchenla, de hecho hay una sucursal en reforma 222 que es 10 veces mejor que esa sucursal a pesar de ser más chica
