It's just disgusting. Service is horrible. If there will be something you wouldn't like, they will pretend that they do not understand you, but 5 min ago spoke with you in good English. After 30 min of waiting in the queue, we saw a French guy coming in skipping the line pretending he had a reservation, while the place DOES NOT accept reservations. Staff just smiled and said, "Sorry, dont understand," which makes me think they are corrupted. Do not go there. It's just not worth it.

Reply to ungrateful owner: learn some respect toward your clients. Teach yourself and your service how to speak to the clients. Stop taking bribes while there is a queue standing and waiting to come in. I will never be silent about poor service, which you have. And by the way, I'm Arab, so maybe zip it with your "racist" while you have no idea about where I'm from and my background.

Another reply to the owner, because it looks like a person just can't accept someone's opinion. What husband or friend are you talking about i was alone yesterday! About education, a person who is taking money from another person to be sitted faster when there is a queue and no reservation is bribery. And I'm done with this discussion. You are ungrateful, disrespectful, and just not worth it.

P.S. instead of replying to the comments, do better job, maybe then there will be no problem...

My husband and I waited an hour and a half to be seated for dinner, then they sat us at a table of 4 and we had to share the table with 2 other people who seemed very uncomfortable with the situation. This restaurant needs to do a better job at seating their guests. I felt bad for the people next to us as the waiters reached across in front of their faces to serve us each time. The moroccan salad was good, but the chicken tajine was terrible. As a moroccan, I assume chicken tajine with olives would come with preserved lemons and olives but this one came with couscous vegetables lol and didn’t taste good at all. The briouate were flavorless, I couldn’t even figure out what one had inside. Very surprised that this restaurant had good ratings. Seems like a tourist trap.

Reply to the owner’s comment on my review: First of all, how are you accusing me of being racist towards my own people? That makes no sense at all. And, respect was given when we decided to stay to give the restaurant a chance despite the awkward seating incident. Also, if you are moroccan you would know that we speak loudly sometimes, and I didn’t disrespect anyone as I was polite (not happy about the situation, but polite) when I was asking for decent seating for us and for the people next to us. You should try to take criticism as constructive criticism… me racist?...

We went there once and the place was small, food tasteless but my wife liked it so we went again. We stayed in line for 30 minutes only for some French arrogant guy to go in with his girl skipping the line. We went there to tell the staff that they are skipping the line. French guy said he had a reservation which is impossible, because there is literally a post from yesterday in Google opinions where the owners say they don't accept reservations. Staff is obviously corrupted as they were just smiling and saying "sorry I dont understand." Don't go there, don't support douchebags. And to the owner: don't start with "I respect your opinion", there is no respect in this restaurant.

Reply to the owner: Classic keyboard warrior, calling everyone racist without having an actual conversation. Dont worry, everyone outside saw what you did. You have obviously corrupt employees pretending they don't understand anything. I hope you breathe for a second and realize you're in the wrong. You know you are lying. And you know we know you are lying. Yet, still lying.

Reply #2: Stop with the ad personam. You dont know me. Just answer me this: how did the French guy go in when there are no...

Best restaurant in Marrakech! I had it saved on my list and we tried it since the first day. We liked it so much so we went back every single day! Food is amazing, very tasty, big portions, good prices, place looks good and the guys working there are so nice and respectful. The only issue is queuing especially during evenings for about 1h but heeeey, one day we tried finding a reasonable place to eat and we changed 3 places and decided to get back here, even if we changed accommodation and we were 42min of walking away. And then we queued 1h. I have no regrets at all! I am writing this review from home now and I am getting hungry and greedy only thinking of that food. My favorites were chicken couscous, tagine, seffa , pastila, harira soup. Deserts are good also and the mint tea is again the best one I had during our stay in Marrakech. I really hope to get back there. Greetings to our friends there and big thank you for making our experience in Morocco so great. God bless you.

Ristorante da non perdere! Ci siamo stati 2 volte in 3 giorni.
