Angus American Steakhouse — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I have traveled many countries and restaurants since 2016. Reviewed more than 440s.Wifi is not activated although i saw it is working. The server is unfriendly simply because i am korean and treated me as a solo person like a garbige . Although there are lots of 2person tables, the make me go the chilly corner near the outer doors. Steak that i ordered is good taste but i am nothing about who shoul be go out before large company come and i had the steaks as fast as possible in order not to interfere with his business.

More often the servers fogets entree or dessert customers' ordered. Please make one customer feel better like at home although only one customer is not profitable enough. I hope their services will be improving after this incident. Services that be accompied make the shop be considered as best known restaurant. Korean or not is important. However i felt like unimportamt by the server. That is why i am writing these long stories. Please note that only one person is precious as much as 4 persons. I understand you guys are very busy dealing with many customers but I think i am the same customer who wants to be treated as A valued person. Hope your business prosper. Stayed in Amsterdam for the weekend and decided to visit here based on the reviews as well as the places look and locally to my hotel.

The staff were friendly and able to seat us at a table straight away.

We were given a menu and asked if we wanted drinks.

The choice of food on the menu is excellent with some very good looking steak options.

I opted for the fried egg burger with bacon.

The burger arrived and it tasted amazing, the meat patty was full of flavour and cooked perfectly to my taste with just the right amount of seasoning, it was just delightful to eat. It came in a warm bun, some salad, pickles, mayo and BBQ sauce and some fresh hand cut chips. There was enough food to eat in the serving to make it enjoyable.

The price of the burger was very good and the meal far exceeded the cost.

This restraunt is awful. Went in because it seemed busy and that is always a good sign. Ordered fanta, which came and looked far from its normal orange yellow colour, and was clear with little bits and weird residue all over the bottle. We figured its only a drink we would let it slide, so we ordered our food. We got chicken wings for a starter and the wings were pipping hot on the outside, and freezing cold and pink on the inside. The chicken was literally freezing, it was frozen. After this we decided we couldnt eat there due to fear for our other food to be bad too, so we politely told the waitress that we couldnt stay and gave our reasons to which the waitress was extremely rude and hostile and snapped at us to pay for the drinks which were equally disgusting.
