Honestly I came to this place with two mates for the cheap prices and the 4.7 star review rating. I must say, I have never been at such a dysfunctional restaurant. The atmosphere is dead inside the restaurant, and it looks like there is no effort made into creating an atmosphere. I ordered a mixed grill, and my friends got a sirloin and a T bone. As soon as the food arrived, you could immediately tell that this is some of the most effortless dishes a restaurant could make. Everything looked like it was put together with the creativity of a 5 year old. There was no seasoning whatsoever on anything…even the salad was just placed on the plate with not even salt on it. We all asked for a medium cook, and you would expect a restaurant that advertises itself as a steakhouse to know their meat temperatures. All of my meat was overcooked to the point that I had to have water to just swallow it, and my friends T bone was completely raw for atleast 1cm after the bone. We told the waiter about this and he told my friend that the issue was the fact that the T bone is very thick hence why it’s raw…as if it’s normal for a steakhouse to mess up a T bone like that. He took the pieces of meat that were overcooked and left the rest in my plate. When he came back, unfortunately my friend received the T bone with the same issue, and my replacement pieces of meat were completely raw…COMPLETELY RAW. One of them had some black spot on it which looked absolutely revolting. At that point I called the waiter back and told him that now the meat was completely raw, and he tells me that I told him I wanted it rare…like no I didn’t I told you I wanted it medium. Any decent restaurant would’ve apologised and taken it out of the bill, but no…he made us pay the entire bill…The worst €120 I have ever spent. The worst experience of my life at a restaurant. It honestly felt like this restaurant needed someone with actual passion behind it. Plus putting an Italian name on it as if it’s Italian cuisine is a joke and an insult to Italy. I had quite a strange experience at this pizzeria.

First of all, we had to wait a pretty long time for someone to even come take our order — though, to be fair, it was a busy evening, so we tried to be patient.

Later on, when our group of friends asked for the bill, we were given one combined check for the entire table. When we asked to split it, we were told that we should have mentioned that in advance. That was a bit frustrating, but okay.

However, what really bothered me the most — and what I find completely unprofessional — was the behavior of the staff. The waiter rather bluntly asked where we were from and started using phrases in the language we mentioned. It felt intrusive and forced, like they were trying to mock us. I don’t appreciate that kind of attitude from service staff.

Visited the restaurant over the weekend on Saturday. We were a table of 6 and there was no one else inside. Service was slow and the waiter/server spent all of his time on his phone next to the door to the kitchen. We had steaks which were all undercooked - 2 so bad they were sent back. Chips came out about 15 minutes before the steaks arrived and we're cold by the time the steaks came.

The food was edible however not something I would eat again.

To top it off a rat ran accross the restaurant and when I told the waiter he said "this is Amsterdam it is normal". The chef then came out and I asked him to review the CCTV as he said we were lying. 3 unfinished meals and they gave us a discount of €44, we still paid around €200 for the 6 of us.

The reviews don't make sense as it's rated highly on Google, however our experience was terrible and I would advise to stay away...
