Brasserie Blazer — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The staff is so nice! Fats service, great sense of humor and really kind staff working there. I really loved the food omg! So tastyyyy!!! We had the pumpkin quiche, chicken with veggies, and sweet potato with parmesan truffle dip. The only thing I’d say is the portion size is a bit too small for how much you spend, but the food tasted so good and was prepared so well that I can’t give this place 4 stars. Cool bar with friendly staff and good outside space but when we went we were let down by the food (a Saturday lunchtime). We ordered the hummus with roasted vegetables and peppers but were served a tiny amount offered hummus on thick bread topped with large warm but hard chunks of parsnip and huge chunks of courgette. Stupidly we didn't say anything as we were tired from walking around all morning. The other food was ok, but not worth...

Amazing spot by the canal and amazing food.

Food wise : we got the truffle burger and the aioli bread for a start and they were both amazing. Big shout out to the French fries. They were fantastic.

Location wise : by the canal, it was amazing. Coming from a tourist I had an amazing moment.

Service/price wise : they’re all super friendly, and the price was completely affordable.
