Café Knibbel Knabbel Knuisje — Restaurant in Amsterdam

This review is coming late, 11 years late, because I could not find it but here it is! So I was travelling through and through a series of events my Airbnb fell through/was a scam and I was stuck on the streets with no where to go until the next day. My phone was dying and I came upon this spot that was still open. I was bale to charge my phone and take in the cafe. It was wonderful, a bunch of old and young folks enjoying the evening many singing along to what I assume were traditional Dutch songs. Das Café liegt wenige Schritte von der belebten Mercatorplein entfernt. Die sympathische Wirtin hat das bodenständige, gut gemischte Publikum im Griff. Das Heineken ist frisch und kalt. Dazu bestelle ich leckere Steakhouse Fries von der kleinen Karte. Die Fotos an der Wand belegen, dass man hier gut feiern kann.

Fazit: Bodenständige Gemütlichkeit in Amsterdam.
