AVOID THIS SHOP! My friends and I ordered on Uber Eats around 11:30pm (they close at 1am the Friday). Because they use their own delivery man, I was not able to track the order. It was supposed to arrive before 00:10. At midnight, the application added 30 min for the delivery (still okay). Moreover, I had to call the restaurant more than 10 times because no one was there and it was already 00:40 and they would close soon. I continued calling, they started screening my calls (they remembered my number) because they stopped answering. However, I called with my girlfriend’s phone and they picked up the phone immediately and when I explained for the 11th time the situation, the guy said « our delivery guy came, rang but no one was there, so he left ». The truth? The guy never came and they knew they were closing soon so they tried to scam me. Working in Hospitality helped me to understand how to help restaurants and business being better at what they do, but in this case, it is only a group of liars and their food is...

Usually Domino’s pizza has a deal where their signature pizzas are only €5 if you eat them in store. Seems fair to have a discount because Domino’s are unpleasant to eat in. However, this location had put stickers over the €5 price on the menu and it was full price. So I decided to get the Vegetarian Shawarma which was listed on the menu (and on the screens above the register) for €5.95. They rang me up for 8.95. I asked why and pointed to the menu, and the guy said it was “the special price if you order online for pickup” which wasn’t stated on the menu or on the screen. I told him this and was basically told that it is what it is. I said screw it and got it anyway. Like you guys can see with your eyes I've been in amsterdam before and of course after nice day around we order Dominos pizza. Just checked this out. NO CEMENT IS REQUIRED

In reply to the owner: Unfortunately like i said i am regular customer so from where to start: First the pizzas have no crust, pizza sauce is all over the place it is wrong proportions as well and on top of that the first pizza is not even a circular it is more like square. So please concentrate to train more the pizza maikers from A to Z but i am glad someone decided to contact to me regarding my bad experience thank you for that.
