The BEST Oliebol (Oliebollen) and Stroopwafel in Amsterdam i tried so far.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Been tryin several Oliebol in some famous bakery..but Oliebol here is 10 out of 10. It's not just a dough with powdered sugar but it has raisin and nuts inside. And it's chewy . The taste is really different with most of olibollen i tried. ( Ahh hard to describe it in words šŸ˜„)

One thing : YOU MUST MUST MUST MUST TRY.

We came her 3 times during our stay in Amsterdam

" Ps : this Oliebol ONLY SELL DURING WINTER".

And You must come earlier before afternoon unless u got nothing. Because it sold out really fast.

One of The Best Stroopwafel. It has thicker layer than other Stroopwafel u found in market or in supermarkets. The surface / texture of the stroopwafel is totally different with any other common stroopwafel , if u see my picture the lanskroon one has no square pattern.

The caramel sauce is superrrrrrr good. REALLY REALLY GOOD. And what i like the most is the cinamon flavour is not that strong - very mild. Bein honest comparing to the very famous Stroopwafel ( rudy's Stroopwafel in Albert cyuparket) this is way much better!!!

The people are really nice too. šŸ˜

Would definitely come back if we go...

I heard a lot about their Stroopwafel, so I was excited to try it, but honestly, it was a huge letdown. It was way too hard, super crunchy, cold and pretty much tasteless. Definitely not what I was expecting. And for the price? Totally not worth it. I really don’t get the hype.

As someone who’s tried pastries all over Asia and Europe, I can confidently say this was one of the most overrated ones I’ve had in my life. I was expecting something maybe a bit softer (?), warmer, or at least flavorful, but instead, it was just a plain, sugary crunch with no real taste. The cappuccino was also pretty cold, which was really disappointing. As someone who has lived in Italy for years, this felt like a huge disappointment to what a proper cappuccino should be. It’s not just about the taste—it’s about the experience, and serving it lukewarm just ruins it.

Not trying to be rude, but there’s absolutely nothing special about it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are way better options out there for pastries or a sweet breakfast, specially if you already have tried good pastries in other European...

I walk right in with my mother and I immediately felt like the lady there didn’t want to serve us. We first tried to move a chair since my mother’s back weren’t feeling too well therefore sitting on a bench without back support is not quite possible, but the lady decided to think that’s not ok and say ā€œyou cannot move the chair there there’s already seats there.ā€ (She obviously wasn’t saying it nicely or maybe I’m being sensitive) we then bought a biscuit and 2 drinks, we sat down and I realised I forgot to ask for a receipt before hand. When I ask for a recipe, the lady roll her eyes but did what I asked only later saying ā€œyou should have asked for a receipt earlier.ā€ Making me feel bad for asking a receipt? It’s just a simple job, why do you have to make it so difficult? Is it because I’m Asian and doesn’t...

I have heard so much about this place so very happy we got a seat!! The owner was lovely and got their traditional honey stroopwafel and two types of apple pies with Earl Grey tea. The apple pie was really amazing and it felt very high quality! Having an option to add cream would have been even better. The traditional stroopwafel is more of a thin biscuit with honey which is quite different to what you see on markets. I thought they make it on the spot so I didnt realised it will be cold but it was great. The space to sit down is quite small so felt quite cramped and wish there was an option for toilet as well. Having a tea pot rather than tea bag will be even better.
