Was there last Friday. the 2 girls let me and my friend sit outside. It took very long before they even took our drinks' order. We get 2 glasses of red wine from the house and some tapas. After these glasses, we order other 2 glasses of red wine from the house. They were completely different red wines with opposite taste and the first sip was horrible. We pointed that out and one of the girls said "it is the same wine". We insisted that it could not have been the same and we convinced her to ask her colleague. She comes back with another 2 glasses saying "yes you were right, it was not the same wine, but they are both red wines from the house". We point out that we understand that for this restaurant "wine of the house" is any open bottle they need to finish, but they cannot kill our taste buds in this way. So, they bring us the same wine of before, already in glass (no pouring in front of us, that everybody knows is against any restaurant rules). I ask if the glass was a clean one or the same one i was using before, she reassured me is a new one, so I raised it and you could see all the lips' prints made by the previous customer with lipstick. Clients next to us almost stood up without ordering when they saw the glass. Disgusting. She brings me a new "clean" glass. End of the evening we ask for the bill, so long to get it, we ask to pay several times nobody comes, we enter inside to pay cause we have the movies starting. The girl that had accommodated us at the beginning starts with saying "no card as i told you at the beginning". Really girl? Who do you think you are kidding? Needless to say, she never told us. Her colleague approaches and they say there is an ATM next door, so we go out and start looking for an ATM in the wall (as you would), but as soon as we make a further step the same girl runs to us yelling "I TOLD YOU IS NEXT DOOR", thinking we want to run away. Ridiculous. To get to the ATM you have to get inside the kebab shop next door, so i dont understand why you wouldn't just state it. More over, she could see we weren't running, but actually looking around for the ATM, so no need to run and yell. Horrible experience, the food is good only if you have never been to Spain, otherwise is pretty average, the service ridiculous. I understand is Friday night and is busy, but pay a bit more salary and get professionals as others do and provide a...
Read moreMy experience at this bar was extremely unpleasant due to the discrimination I faced from the owner's son. From the moment I entered and politely asked for a QR code to view the menu, the owner's son treated me with disrespect and rudeness. He made me feel out of place and unwelcome in his establishment, asking me in a derogatory tone "what site did I think I was in?"
After requesting a table that was never given to me, I managed to secure a free table and ordered a beer. After waiting for some time, he finally brought me the beer, while I was waiting for my family members to arrive. However, at that moment, two girls arrived, and the owner's son made me stand, began harassing me and demanding that I leave, even though I had already ordered a beer. He acted like a bully, attempting to force me out of the bar before my family arrived and humiliated me by saying he would gift me the beer, but I had to leave the bar. It was a very humiliating situation, and I felt completely discriminated against.
The excuse the owner's son gave for his behavior was that he had the authority to do whatever he wanted because he was the son of the bar owner. This arrogant and discriminatory attitude should not be tolerated in any business.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner's son's behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. Look for a more welcoming and respectful place to enjoy...
