Left the shop frustrated today because of the constant harassment by employees. I know from experience it’s pretty bad in this store normally, but most of the time I’m not that bothered as I’m only coming in to buy one product and immediately leave. Today I wanted to treat myself, splurge a little bit, and hopefully find some new favorites. I just wanted to browse and continue the conversation I was having with my partner. It’s such a shame you can’t shop in peace here. I’m sure the employees mean well and maybe even have targets, but it’s incredibly annoying if you can’t read one label without being interrupted. Just an example of how bad it was today: I was asked by three different employees if they could help me and/or were giving me unsolicited advice when I was standing next to the body sprays in two minutes’ time. This is after fending off two other employees earlier in the store. Total time in store at this point: six minutes.
Also, the man with the long grey hair upstairs talked extremely condescendingly to my partner when he made a mistake with a perfume bottle and he does not know what personal space is. After we said we didn’t need any assistance, he kept standing by us in the perfume section, very close. Then he walked away and started staring at us from a distance. It felt really weird and unwelcoming.
I left the store without buying anything today. I’m really frustrated and disappointed by this experience as I do love Lush and was really looking forward to a Sunday self-care afternoon with some new products. Do something about this, Lush. This is terrible and I don’t feel I’m very welcome here as a customer who likes to shop more autonomously. And just so you know: I, and other customers as well, are perfectly capable of asking for help ourselves when we need it. Please take this into consideration when...

hi!! I hope I’m not using any wrong pronouns for anyone, if I am then so sorry!! today we went here and it was so amazing, first we got a little tour from Annelotte (she was so extremely kind and she let us try so many different things, and she explained everything about the products so well it was great and she’s so sweet) through the store and got to try out a lot of scrubs (which were great and made our hands very soft) then she showed us a variety of bathbombs & bubble bars, they all smelled amazing and had very cool and unique shapes and colours. Then she gave us a sample of a orange scrub which we absolutely love and will probably purchase when we come there again. Then we went upstairs to the skin care and met natàlia (she was so sweet and told us that she just started working there, her English was very well and she was such a kind person) she helped us with the best skincare for our skin types, she also gave us so many samples (8) and was so sweet (side note, all the employees were super kind and all looked very cool) We picked out the monster octopus jelly and we also bought a bathbomb and 2 lotions. The cassier (we didn’t get her name) was also so sweet!! 5 stars because they’re amazing but if we could give more we 100% would ❤️ xxx Charly...
Read moreDisappointing Customer Service Experience at This Lush Store
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Lush store, prompting me to share my feedback here. The supervisor's aggressive and disrespectful behavior was beyond unacceptable. Not only did she refuse our payment, but her rude and even racist attitude left me shocked and offended. This kind of behavior is inexcusable in any customer service setting.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which was entirely lacking during our visit. The supervisor's actions not only soured my impression of the store but also led to the loss of a potential customer. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior from someone in a supervisory role.
I hope this review serves as a constructive critique for the management to address these issues promptly. Quality customer service is crucial for the success of any business, and my experience fell far short of the standards I would...
