Visited last week to buy my son a pair of red Puma Speedcats. The staff were unhelpful and just stood around chatting instead of offering assistance. After finally getting the right size, we were only given one pair to try on. My son tried it, felt it was okay, so we paid and left. Back home, we were shocked to discover we had been sold the display pair, already dirty and visibly worn. This was never communicated to us at the time of purchase. If we had known, we never would’ve bought it. And since we live in Switzerland, it’s impossible for us to go back and get it replaced. Really upsetting experience, especially for my son who had been looking forward to those shoes. We’re now planning to buy another pair elsewhere.

Firstly, the staff were useless, while speaking perfect English to each other, said next to nothing to me and when they did, they were arrogant and rude. I waited for 20 minutes to get shoes to try and another 10 waiting to be served while employees chatted amongst themselves.Upon inspection after purchase the shoes were ripped, scuffed and dirty. I was unable to the store before returning to the UK so I contacted them over Instagram, Twitter and E-Mail and only received something useful after at least 48 hours, telling me that I would only be able to return them to a store in the Netherlands. Guy upstairs said we could pay downstairs. we went downstairs and wanted to pay, the barcode or tag was missing but the price was on it. het could not sell the bag, though he knew the price and this was the manager. Happened once before, what is this store management? He has no authorisation to solve problems because the system doesn’t let him. What kind of company is this?
