Bosco — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Service was really slow for two club sandwich and a burger. They made a mistake on one of the club sandwich giving the wrong bread (we asked for dark bread, they brought white one). They did not even prepared a new one, just transferred what was inside the club sandwich into new pieces of bread which they did not even toasted. When we pointed it out, they said they don’t usually toast the bread for the broodje hummus which sounded a bit like bullshit. I specifically asked for no bacon on the burger and guess what, the burger came with bacon… and again, they didn’t do a whole new burger, just removed the bacon and brought it back. What if I was allergic to bacon and couldn’t have it touch my food? And to add on this, the burger was overcooked and was not made of ground beef. Terrible food, product and experience overall and would not recommend anyone to stop...

Food took an hour to arrive to the table( Servant said there was a miscommunication with the kitchen without apologizing) Rude manager that assumes stuff because we had a child with us. The male servant is super rude lacking customer service skills.

Highly not recommended if you have a family and looking for a proper breakfast with a nice customer service.

The food is not bad.. but the place is not child friendly the staff are very rude with the kids specifically the male servant! The manager accused us of leaving wet wipes in the bathroom even though there was another child that was taken to the bathroom but their parents! And the manager never apologized for...

This place is horribly discriminatory to people with disabilities. The waitress came outside when I came up to eat at an outdoor table and asked me to move my mobility aid . She showed the no motorcycle and bike parking sign and I explained that those do not apply to mobility scooters. She said even so “the neighbors do not like it”. Despite her being wrong and it being illegal to deny my mobility aid it’s spot near where I was sitting I moved it to where she asked, and then when I was midway through my meal came and told me I have to move it again. This place advertises as not being wheelchair accessible sure but that does not mean you can discriminate...
