Boy did this place suck.. RACIST AND BAD ICE CREAM. Saw the line, got on with my family and we paid. Saw the churning process and wanted to take a video. The middle aged man doing the scooping said "Hey no pictures. All you Chinese people all the time. Every one of you taking pictures." I said, "I'm sure it's not just Chinese people who take pictures..." To which the man replied, "yes just you Chinese people." Obviously I wish we did more but whoever has ever been attacked due to their race would understand that we were in shock. We just wanted ice cream and to have fun and this place and the employees just had to ruin a nice day by being racists. I would never support them and would advise anyone who has ever been discriminated against to not give this place business. And trust me you are not missing out on ANYTHING. The ice cream was sour and the reason why it was creamy as all reviews mentioned was simply because you're literally eating like 70% whipped cream. There's no way whipped cream can't be creamy. Wasn't worth it and will never be worth it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere nicer. See picture of my ice cream in the garbage because I couldnt stomach eating another bite of sour whipping cream on a cone. And another proving I was really there and not a hater. Staff is so random (probably family members).

I’ve been there 3 times. It’s funny they don’t accept credit cards.

I asked in a cup and girl spilled it on the sides of the cup while putting the ice cream in. She tried to give me the cup like that, which was clearly gonna make my hands dirty.

I asked if she could give me some napkins, she said they don’t have?

I asked if she can put another cup so I am not gonna touch ice cream and she said it’s 0.25 euros and only cash.

I didn’t have any more cash on me and my friend was waiting outside. I got the cup as it is and it was a bad experience.

Funny they can’t fix the issue they created themselves. No napkins, no other cup for free. Clean the cup then!

Part of the “ice cream” was not cold and it was like a soft heavy cream, which I guess could be fine for people that like whipped cream but I unfortunately don’t, it was like a 30% whipped cream and 70% ice cream. The ice cream part was creamy and nice. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be that way or I happened to get it that way. I chose this place as an “ice cream” place and as it was not really ice cream anyway, I’d rate it 3 if it wasn’t for the reasons below.

There was a sign with a price list, among the items they sold it said “tourist info 5 €”, which together with their rather nonchalant attitude perceived as rude. I get they may be sick of all the tourist asking for something but I am sure they appreciate the money they make from the very tourists.

They do not provide napkins, I probably have never been to a place serving food that does not provide napkins. They also only take cash for...
