NEVER. EVER. GO HERE.
I’ve dined across countless restaurants throughout Europe, and this stands out hands down the worst experience I’ve had. Not just bad food. Not just poor service. This was an outright insult to basic human decency.
Let me tell you what really happened, before the owner spins another fantasy and starts attacking genuine reviewers a pattern I’ve now seen in their responses instead of just fixing what’s broken.
We walked in with 3 kids and 4 adults. We made it clear at the entrance that we just wanted to quickly pack something and leave. We had a kids’ wagon, and the place was practically empty only 2-3 tables were taken, no visible reservations. And yet, we were told to wait outside, like an inconvenience.
Only one adult allowed inside? Are you serious? It was clear from the start zero empathy for families with children, even with a half-empty restaurant.
Next, while ordering, we asked for two dals. That’s what we wanted. We were told it’s not enough, pressured to order three. Shameless upselling. No concern for what the customer wants, just a push to inflate the bill.
Then, in the middle of the meal, we were asked to change tables because one of our babies was crying not throwing a tantrum, just crying. The excuse? “We need space to move around.” Except no one was moving around. Just another made-up excuse to shove us aside.
And when we were leaving, we calmly mentioned that their behavior was unprofessional. Instead of an apology, we were met with hostility and aggression from the lady at the front possibly the owner. No remorse. Just arrogance.
And the food? An oily, tasteless mess. Look at the attached photo it speaks for itself. Dripping with grease, with a flavor that doesn’t even try.
This was our first and last visit. But here’s something for the owners to remember: Karma doesn’t skip anyone.
To everyone reading this: avoid this place at all costs. If you value respectful service, clean food, and basic human courtesy, this is not the place for you.
Attaching photos and the bill before they try to pretend we were never there, like they do with every...
Read moreUndoubtedly the worst Indian cuisine experience - I visited this place on September 7, 2018 based on overall ratings for this place. To our experience, we noted following points: Very bad/cluttered ambiance No ventilation Welcomed by awful smell in corridor itself (we still went ahead, expecting some authentic taste based on reviews) Important! No authentic taste, inferior food quality and on the top, lack of hygiene. Food items are overpriced. I got stomach upset (though, being an Indian, I am used to everyday authentic Indian spicy food !! I wonder what was that...)
My feeling while leaving the hotel was: I should never have believed the overall rating and ruined my day.
::As our response to Restaurants comment was not visible to all, I am putting it below for everyone's reference::
We, and I am sure, all who share this opinion would have appreciated, if restaurant could take the criticism in positive spirit, and could have improved in at least some of the areas.
Instead, "labelling people", seems most easy way for them.
If I can pay 47-48 Euros for such quality stuff, then so called free stuff (which we didn't asked for, and don't want), as an inappropriate citation for our negative feedback, is a cheap use of public shaming, and for sure, a failed attempt to mask the unpleasant reality.
Hope at least now the restaurant acknowledges any room for its...

Hello owner , the prices and bill you are talking about is may be of another dissatisfied customer. You have mentioned about samosa and other items in your response but we didn't order any of that. Refer to images of my bill in the review thief, you billed us more than ate ,proof is there in the images of my review I'm not surprised that another customer also was not happy with your service. I can understand that you have had lot of dissatisfied customers so you cant remember who is writing the review. Refer to bill in the review sir ji. ...............................................
Giving it a zero star . Horrible service , if you are Indian pls avoid this restaurant as there is no respect at all. Forget about respect , you are not at all considered as guest, the waitress and staff have a feeling that they are doing 'anna dhan'(feeding the needy for free).
Staff are not at all trained , manager/owner was smoking very near to the dining area.
If you are a person who is self righteous please then this is not the place for you.
Please do check your bill before paying as they overcharged some items.
Proof of dining and bill (showing a higher price than price paid(card payment receipt)) attached with this...
