Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

I ordered 3 pizzas but all of the pizzas were half cooked. On first bite the uncooked smell was coming out from pizza. When I called the staff at Manukau Pizza Hut i was told to bring the pizza's back to the store. When I arrived at the store I spoke with the manager who told me that my pizzas were meant to be like that, I said "what the dough is mean't to be uncooked"?. The manager said yes. If we cook it for longer it will burn. I had such a terrible customer service experience and walked away with nothing being resolved. So I recommend to everyone don't go to this particular branch.

I assumed you were out personally milking the cows and harvesting the wheat before getting back to me. And now you’re asking me to come over there to resolve the issue? Sure, no problem — I’ve kept the uncooked pizzas in my deep freezer all these years just for you. They’re basically historical artifacts now. Can’t wait to bring them in, maybe we can carbon-date them...

Very poor customer service 😠 Staff especially the store manager do not know how to handle orders properly. Ordered over the phone around 5pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. Arrived at 6:25pm, paid the bills. Staff at the till just gave the receipt so I assumed my order is coming...waited...waited.. for 15mins nothing came so approached the counter, was told on its way. Waited for another 15mins, people come and go.. and still nothing. Asked the counter for the third time and they alll check, my order is not even in the oven. So I decided to ask for refund and left went to Dominos and took me only 10mins. The manager didn’t even say anything, he just told the lady in the till to give cash for refund, didn’t register at the till...something not right there. What a waste of time Pizza Hutt Manukau City branch😡 Restaurant Brands you might wanna check...

For the past 8 years I have been quite a very regular customer of this particular fast food franchise, and I am very amazed to see how prompt and punctual they've always been at taking my order, preparing my order and serving my order, and it's always been for the past 8 years the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to, and up until very recently I hadn't been there for about a year or so, because I put myself on a diet to get fit for a national sporting event late last year and I clearly have Pizza Hut in moderation now, but as far as Pizza take outs go, Pizza Hut is the best and it's by far my number one Pizza parla to go for lunch or dinner, and the staff have been very friendly and it's one place I know very well to go for lunch and dinner, and it's also my go to takeaway option for pizza and it's the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to...
