Subway — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

TLDR; I recommend the one on dominion road guys, service/prep is way better and they have more items in stock.

I came in 45 minutes before closing. The guy who served me had quite an unwelcoming tone when speaking to me and the other customers, seemed rushed and dismissive as if he’s just trying to get the order over and done with. I understand how tired one must be towards the end of the shift but that should not reflect in their attitude towards customers. Got to the salads section and only after asking was I told that they only have 3 salads (tomato, lettuce and cucumber - technically there was enough cucumber slices left for one more sub lol and there were customers behind me too). Understandable since they will close soon, but I feel like that disclaimer could have been mentioned at the start of the order so that I could just go somewhere else, cuz it was too late to cancel the order and I paid $15.90 only to have 2-3 salads in a sub. Just something to reflect on in customer service for future, cuz that was a waste of money. Oh, and they didn’t even seal my sub properly with a sticker, so it was tearing apart halfway through my commute 💀 yikes. Do...

Thought of having a subway for lunch. Ordered 2 6inch and one wrap. Indian guy putting cheese in a very stingy way, hola I am paying $16 for a wrap and then turn comes for salads. Girl at the counter with rude face no customer ethics and duck looking tbh. She shouldn’t be working if not happy. Shows that’s someone has put a gun and making her work.

She is put totally no salad at the name of showing of they offer salad. She didn’t put onions, cucumber was like no anyway. While pouring sauces it was spilling way.

Owners really need to consider this and think about their business who they hiring. If people are unhappy to give good customer service and getting what they paying for. Nice store to get lunch. The girls who work here are always smiling. An asset to this store. But one thing that stops this store from getting a five star rating is how hot the store is. It is almost unbearable for me as a customer so the staff look like they will faint. Please install air conditioning or at least some fans. Update: The store now has air-conditioning. It is so much better. The staff are alot more happier and I can order without nearly fainting. Kudos...
