Hospitality has truly died here in Christchurch with some venues.. charging $15 for uneatable food. Their curry is bland and can only taste coconut.. I asked for no coriander and they have the audacity to ignore it and put it in the meal anyway… Having over 10 years experience with hospitality through cafes and restaurants, I would never serve something like this to anyone... I strongly recommend to try another Vietnamese place… don’t waste your hard earned money here.

The service is slow and I asked for some chilli sauce, came out with 1 teaspoon, ask other chilli & still came with only 1 teaspoon 😀 Portion to small compared to other Vietnamese Resto in Christchurch. Especially, I order shaking beef to takeways, it was disappointing portion, not even half container, portion could be improve

Saigon sister is another hidden Dimond that Christchurch City gives us ! Dinner after flying in from Melbourne. I had duck green curry. Duck was boneless curry was delicious and just spicy enough for me. Served with rice. My wife settled for the Vietnamese salad with tofu. We shared our meals, so I can say the salad was fresh and dressed deliciously. The tofu tossed in an amazing marinade.
