Izmir Kebab and Grill Takapuna — Restaurant in Devonport-Takapuna

I always like to go here when two Iranian people was worked , They always give a best services with quality of meal but now don't no why the owner hire these two girls , I Experienced three time with them,

First time, they give me ice cold samosa. Second time, I order veg samosa with meal but served me chicken samosa, Third time , today I ordered falafal combo , today they both were in store, and didn't served me fries with combo I wait for 25 min and when I asked she one of asian girl she was laughing and onother staff she was looked at me that they are giving me free, All time same things same service,

Please guys If you don't want to waste money don't go when these two girls are working because are very very unprofessional staff , first they do mistake and they laugh weirdly.

Inwill never come to this shop when these two girls...

Let's see.. Food, after paying $37 you would at least expect the food to come in a bag and hot or warm. She handed me two kebabs which felt cold and when I asked if they do grill it she said yes and said I can do it again. I went to the car to put the drinks in. Not even a minute later I returned the food was done with the grill. The fries were "fresh" but looks like just sunk in oil for a good amount of time. I hope it's a one time occurrence but definitely not a returning customer myself cause I felt embarrassed at myself for paying $37 for this when I could gone down the road to a KFC or McDonald's. Looks like I made a wrap at home....

This was the worst kabab I’ve ever had. It was all sauce with a little bit of rice and hardly chicken. If I could return in, I was in a heartbeat. Where was the rice??? It was so bad. My partner could not eat all of his either .

The chicken burger for $13 was a joke. It was not a whole price of chicken, just little pieces of chicken and there was barely any chicken on there. How can you charge so much for a chicken burger with a tiny scoop of chicken.

Sorry, not even how you can improve. More rice and less sauce and better and more chicken. I couldn’t even tell it was chicken as over cooked...
