Finally, a coffee that is good and *strong*. Medium Americano has three shots! No matter how fresh and floral your roast, no matter your skills at patterns on your flat white or the rate at which you can pull espressos, if you can’t make an Americano like this, you’re in the wrong game. Oh, and the service is warm and friendly. Edit: Went there for a pie after reading the other reviews here. Unfortunately, it was just past lunch, so there were only too kinds left: beef cheek and parmesan, and mince and cheese. I opted for the latter because the first I thought would be too rich and is a dollar more (7.50). The mince and cheese pie did not disappoint, albeit a bit salty and me not really being a fan of cheese in pies. I mean, melted cheese has its place - pizzas, toasted cheese, lasagne, a cheeseburger - but I find its general ubiquity a bit too much, let alone its popularity in pies in New Zealand. Anyway... another day. The pie was filled to the brim with *mince* - not dry, but not a meat gloop either - and had a nice buttery pastry with a flaky, crunchy top. I will be back, and hopefully early enough to get a steak pie, the true measure of any pie adept's abilities.

I rang Jess at the last minute for catering for a work morning tea for 13, nothing was a problem, she offered a great selection and a gluten free option for one of the staff and the food was next level AMAZING! Thank you, we...
