I have been a long time customer since they first opened and have always loved their all day breakfast especially the schnitzel. Living in Auckland for the last 10 years I don’t come in often but had a nice meal last week. The place is exactly as I remember, being semi tidy and clean with quick service. My family disliked their fish meals as had the brown bits that taste fishy. My niece’s scrambled eggs came out fried and when we advised them they took the plate, returning with the same fried eggs scrambled up lol. That was a shame 3 out of 7 did not enjoy the food. We probably won’t return as a family again

Amazing place, I visited here after last being a regular two years ago. And blown away by the fact that most of the prices are the same. I can still get an absolutely packed roast pork sandwich for only $6 the same price I paid two years ago. And it was just as good if not better than I remember. Absolutely exceptional in a time where I can't get a decent pie and a drink for less than $12. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap and tasty smoko Update: price is now $6.50

Pleasant surprise, coffee was a little expensive, but pretty good. I asked if they had a "Big Breakfast" and the cashier searched through the till and found a note saying "English Breakfast: 2 Hash Browns, 2 Eggs, Baked Beans, 2 Toast, 2 Bacon, 1 Sausage, Tomato" and asked if that's what I meant, I thought that was pretty funny and agreed, but it was a mountain of food. My partner was pretty happy to get steak, egg and chips for under $20.

I bought an APRICOT SQUARE the outside which is normally semi soft was like concrete, Then i made the mistake of taking the top off. to my shock you would have been lucky to find 1 APRICOT but there was a lot of hard jelly type substance which did not taste like apricot or any other fruit. This shop should not be making a slice that is not what it is stated to be. When i took the food back to the shop the man i spoke to said that was how they where made, that is incorrect my uncle was a BAKER he would turn in his grave at this slice. EVERYONE SHOULD ASK THEM TO OPEN THERE SLICES TO ENSURE YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I MYSELF WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE EVERYBODY I KNOW...

I always wanted to support a local small business. but I have been to this place 3 times in the last 12 month and fried chicken has always been dry and hard. Pies are hard as rocks and can't even bite anything off it. they seem to be reheated in there many times and not fresh at all. The last time I went there, I couldn't take it anymore and had to return the pie and ask for my money back. I think the owner need to check their food properly or make less food but more quality food. Instead of reheating old food to sell. I would change this review once they...
