1 star for the service. I often ordered drink here. Once or twice a week, everytime I ordered online because I wanna do quick stop just to pick up the drink. Everytime I ended up having to wait because nobody look at the online order. So today I decided to call in for a phone order. The lady said we don't take phone order. Go order online. So I repeated myself of what happened everytime I ordered online nobody check and the order wasn't made. She then said when you order online you have to ring us and let us know you made an order with your order number. And I was like...? Whats the point for not taking phone order then? Went to the store and waited an hour, asked the lady about my order her response was : "I dont check orders" okay, so why are you working here then???? dude theres 10 people in line and theres 10 orders ready on the table and you ain't even bothering to give them out. Read moreI visited today and was surprised to see only one staff member handling everything on her own. Despite the pressure, the blonde girl working there was absolutely professional—friendly, efficient, and composed while serving multiple customers. She made an excellent yogurt drink and truly deserves recognition for her attitude and work ethic. That said, it’s disappointing to see such an obvious lack of support from management. Expecting one person to manage the entire operation during busy hours is both unreasonable and unfair.
