The place looks nice outside and at the reception. I don’t normally put 1 star for service because I understand how hard it is to work in hospitality, but it was so hard to talk to the people working in this place. Staff have very minimal english to the point that there were 2 of them trying to understand us. The machine is on Chinese character and settings was set as it is. You’ll get 1 food and 1 drink per person and you can take away if you don’t finish it. However, due to language barrier the other staff ended up throwing it away and didn’t even offer to give a new once as it was not touch at all. The melon tea that we order was too sweet. Read moreWe gave the waitresses a list of food we wanted, it was all written down and after an hour of only having received half our order we went to them and asked about the rest. They claimed to have not gotten any of the other orders. They also came back saying that most items were no longer on their menu. The waitresses spoke almost no English which made talking to them very difficult. The room was large and seated many people which was good for our requirements. The room appeared clean and the furniture looked nice. The music selection wasn't awful. There was not a very large list of English songs, there was a lot of Beyonce and some ed Sheeran. They then charge 200 dollars for a 'cleaning fee' for vomiting (which we offered to clean) after they make you spend a min of $30 per person to do karaoke without really checking up on wether people are getting intoxicated... Food was not encouraged as it should be with drinking premises, which admittedly nobody would want to even order their food anyway... poor host responsibility and overall lack of compassion and customer service don't...
