This place has the worst customer service. The owner should definitely training your staff about customer service and tell him not to cheat customers. We ordered 20pcs lamb skewers. When we were paying after dinner, we realized that the food price was wrong and asked the Chinese male staff wearing glasses to check the menu. He said that we ordered large lamb skewers. The menu said in English that 10 pcs of lamb skewers are $15 and the size was not specified. Anyone who can read the menu in English can see that there is only one menu for ‘lamb skewers(10)’ on this English menu. The staff said that we ordered Muttor shashlik(Large size). The owner changed our food price but we did not understand the behavior of the staff. We told the staff that ’you did not inform us about large and small size when you took our order, we just ordered according to the menu.’ But he asked us, ‘What do you want?’ So, I should have to complained to the owner. I‘m Asian but I can’t speak and read Chinese. So I order food at a Chinese restaurant by looking at the English menu. Is it common sense for the staff to ignore the customer‘s order and order whatever he wants from the menu with the same Chinese meaning and then ask the customer to pay for it? And rather than asking the customer ‘what do you want?’, it would be better to admit your mistake and ask for the customer‘s understanding. I will never ever go to this...
Read moreEnjoyed our late night dinner at this place. Highly recommend the Chinese Wusu beer, going well with the skewers. It’s my partner’s first time tried the pork brain and crayfish and he quite like them. The cost of leasing and staffs or food itself may cause the price high or small portions but we think the flavor is really yummy! They recently have the 50% off of the cray fish so why not try?
Btw, the owner was really nice waiting us outside for guidance to car park even we found other road side car park. Late night opening is...
Read moreThe experience is like the Dollar Hits in Los Angeles. Most of their offerings are on skewers, although they also provide a selection of dishes served in bowls with rice. I would rate the skewers at around four stars. While the service and other dishes were okay, there is room for improvement in terms of presentation. The photo menu doesn't represent what you actually get. On a positive note, their late closing hours are definitely a...
