Quite expensive and poor service, quick to serve though. I paid for Uncle Bun and 6 mixed deep fried spring rolls. First they got my order wrong by giving me the bun only stating that the spring rolls were inside. Once figured out that I actually bought 2 separate dishes after a while I got my almost full order. When I got to work and starting eating it: 1) spring rolls were cold and unpleasant to eat as they tested like pre-cooked budget spring rolls you can get in a supermarket. Yuck. "Crab" spring rolls didn't taste like crab at all and rather tasted like cheap fish mixed with some fillers. 2) My tofu bun salad was missing dressing, there was zero dressing!!! It was bland, dry and unpleasant to eat. My food didn't taste Vietnamese at all. I paid $19 for all this. Disappointing experience. Won't be getting my lunch from Hello Mister...
Read moreBeen here many times last year in 2020 and food weren’t bad then. It was at least a proper noodles and proper noodle soup.

I have asked the staff/manager whether it’s normal that the noodles are like this and the response was that “rice noodles are easily broken”. Although he offered to give me a new one but when I said if it is going to be the same as this one there’s no point having a new one. He didn’t deny it. So I just had the oneI paid for and not satisfied at all.
Sorry but I have to leave a bad review today as it wasn’t a response or food that I would...
Read moreOverpriced for what it is. Aims more towards the hip style rather then the quality and consistency of the food. Their sizes are rather downscaled and flavours likewise. A pho where the broth has hardly any flavour to it simply does not qualify as authentic and good Vietnamese food. The Banh Mi is more bread roll then anything else. Prok pate was missing as well as the fact that there was hardly anything inside the bread roll. A miniscule amount of pickled carrots and 4 thin slices of pork roast do not give justice to a true crispy pork banh mi and rather shames the name. Particularly considering the steep price of 10NZD, when compared to other places both in New Zealand...
