New Sensational Kebab and Fried Chicken — Local services in Waitematā

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE! WASTE OF UR TIME AND WASTE OF UR MONEY!

Omg don't get me started on the food because the food AND The Staff were atrocious! I wanted to rate no stars but there wasn't, that shows how bad it was guys also do me a favor and DONT EVER EAT HERE!!! The food was bad as the staffs attitude, I have many reasons why this place is HORRIBLE 1. The staff didn't look like they wanted to be there or not even greeted the customers and was rude while taking orders 2. The so called "food" was not edible or even visually appetizing to eat, found hair and burnt meat in my kebab all I'm tasting is burnt food and that made me feel nauseous not even kidding. They even served rotten hash bites! Goodness it was black assssssssss that it looked and tasted expired, normal hash bites should be golden brown crispy while this looked black and expired and deep fried in old oil. 3. I even asked for a refund for my meal which they didn't even honor it and said no since we ate it but we had not eaten everything obviously cause it was not good at all! We showed them what it looked like and they did not care. Not only did me and my family ended up spending $90-$100 max on food cause it's Hella expensive for this disgusting food and behavior of the Staff. As we left they Laughed at us and This is the first and last time no cap. There are better small businesses that make wayyy better kebab than this place is trash.

Where do I begin. Let's start from the customer service. Very rude staff with attitude (all staff that I came across) Ordered at 9:27pm and got the food at 10pm (19/11/23) There is zero point of having a menu as they never have anything any time (I tried couple times on different days, wasn't just a one off) The Food. The fries were severely old and burnt. The rice was hard and very oily. The chicken has no taste they were just cooked enough to not make people sick. The lamb was very old and just tasted like plastic. Chicken strips, not bad. The dining area, nice place for dine in, however the tables were not clean. Only managed to enjoy my drink as it was cold. The bathrooms also needs some love. Just really hoping I don't end up in a hospital bed tonight. $30+ gone to waste!

I will definitely not go back and I do not recommend anyone going there even to try unless some big changes happen at this store. Rather just go to Mount St or Mt Roskill
