My colleague and I had dinner here for the first time and we had booked for Restaurant Month. Apparently it wasn't really a thing so not sure why it was still advertised on the website. Anyway, ordered the ginger sun to drink (well I think this is what was made). The waitress said she'd make a concoction and it was delish! Springs rolls and fried dumplings to start and for main I had the chicken curry. Spring rolls and dumplings were really tasty as was the chicken curry but I did not enjoy having to pick through the chicken bone. It was also thinly sliced bone so even more hard work to make sure that I didn't chomp down on it. This spoiled the experience for me and I realise that bone helps in terms of flavour but it should really be strained out or be part of flavouring the soup whilst the meat for the curry is boneless. The rice was also overcooked and therefore gluggy. Location is quite out of the way from the centre of the city but if you're in the area try it out. I'd go back for the drink, spring rolls...
Read moreIt is truly authentic Northern Vietnamese cuisine place. From the first time I tried out this Vietnamese restaurant, I have become a regular. Their beef Phở is of typical Hà Nội taste. Some truly Vietnamese dishes many don't know about, and impossible to get from any other Vietnamese restaurants in Auckland are Bún Riêu ( Crab noodle soup ), and Bún Cá ( Fish noodle soup ). Their curry dishes are also amazing, both Chicken and Fish curry, I prefer fish curry because no other places have this, and the chef has done an amazing job with it. Staff is very friendly with personal touches. They also do well with catering, I often order their cathering service for my company of 40 staff, and everyone loves it, amazing tastes for for the money. Spring rolls always run out first at our company gathering, it is wrapped with real rice paper, not pastry. It is best to dine in for the full flavor experience, takeaways might ruin the food due to the limits of takeaway nature. Highly...

Saw a great review on little red book so came here to try with friends at lunch hour.
It's okay but definitely not "very yummy'. There are much delicious and authentic Vietnamese Pho you can have in a couple of places in Auckland.
But I have to say they do try their best to provide a decent dining environment. Very cute and trendy design.
Service is good, always with a friendly smile. The vibe and the energy here is exceptional.
All in all, a good place for a lunch if you...
