Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Lagos State

Despite the fact that I am a huge fan of cold stone creamery I need to express my dissatisfaction on the services I have received. On several occasions I call the Saka Tinubu branch, which is less than 15 minutes away from the delivery address, to place an order. If I am fortunate enough to even receive the order then it must be mixed up. I never receive exactly what I order. E.g I might have ordered chocolate and strawberry but when it gets delivered, after several hours of waiting, I will get chocolate and vanilla. On some other occasions even after endless calls to confirm if my order is in transit, I end up never receiving my order, I mean nothing at all and with no apologies. After receiving such services I ask myself if I should still patronise this business. I took my grandson to get ice cream on Friday the 2nd, it was a hot day, so I thought I’ll go in and out no more than 5 minutes I ended up waiting for 24 minutes in line, one worker was working and another one showed up after 18 minutes of waiting I’m not sure why she wasn’t helping the other girl. Of course during my wait my grand son kept moving and asking about his ice cream so I had to deal with that and I couldn’t leave, because it’ll upset him so I stayed in line and even when the other girl was ready to take my order I saw her working on someone else’s order so I asked she said she didn’t realize she have tickets to take care of. As regular costumer i do not appreciate that after queuing for a good time due to business volume versus team on duty. that Daniel serve the uneducated woman after me in the queue. You lost a regular costumer on your ice cream business as i already prefer for better quality PIZZA HUT which is way above your quality you ll be happy not to see me to be so badly served in your business. I can also recommand also on the pizza side to all to experience pizza hut way better quality even if entering nigerian market just recently .
