Espresso House — Restaurant in Oslo

Ordered a big latte decaffeinate this morning, it was totally tasteless. Just like plain hot milk. There is no foam not any coffee decoration on top at all like a latte would have. I answered normal Mug for sit in when the girl asked me, but she gave me in paper cup after a long wait. Nothing like a normal standard latte, i felt so strange, but there were many people waiting behind me, so i quickly took it and not make a scene. But it was Really Lousy after I sit down and taste it. Very poor offer comparing with other cafes in town like Starbucks or kaffebrenneriet etc. (Even if I ordered decaffeinated latte—it still is decent coffee.) Stay away if you have allergies, intolerances or other medical issues as this place will not take you seriously (nor will they offer to give you the money back even if you made it very clear what you are cannot have in your tea/coffe).

Ask me its a very dangerous place. Low service, careless and possibly lethal way of service their clients. The staffmembers attitude was also pretty shocking.

I really like Espresso House usually but I was a little disappointed this time. My friend was left waiting for her coffee and had to ask for it again, even though there was only 1 other person in the cafe. Also the actual toilet (not the room) was dirty and there was no soap and this was at 11.00 (considering it opens at 10.00 on a Saturday and the cafe was empty, it seems like nobody had cleaned or checked the toilet that day. However it is cosy and has comfy sofas so I will keep coming back and just hope for a better...
