Espresso House — Restaurant in Oslo

Shocking! They do not only have no vegan breakfast dishes, they also do not know what vegan is. Come on, it is the 21 st century!! When I asked for a vegan sandwich i was proudly presented the Feta sandwich, which is of course not vegan! The staff literally said when I explained her the vegan concept: “So you can eat nothing after all!” Which left me speechless! I suggested to give input to management for having more vegan dishes, which was just laughed at and not taken seriously. Poor customer service! I recommend vegans to go to kaffebrenneriet. The place with the worst service I experienced in Oslo. The barista who worked on Thursday 10/26/23 in the afternoon should stop working with people because such an approach towards customers is not acceptable. Normally, we drink coffee every day both at this location and at other EH in Oslo. There are often crowds and long queues, and we have a lot of understanding for people who work under pressure. Very veeery bad service! Especially from this one barista who is pretty rude to customers when giving out drinks.
