The restaurant's saving grace is its location, offering patrons an exceptional panoramic view that could potentially make for a memorable evening. However, this is where the positives end.

The service at Sama Sky Lounge is disappointingly slow, with staff seeming indifferent to the needs of their customers. Our server was particularly aloof, showing little interest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The kitchen's timing was off, as they failed to bring out the appetizers before the main courses, disrupting the natural flow of the meal. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.

To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was cold. This suggests either poor coordination between the kitchen and serving staff or a general lack of care in food preparation and delivery.

Not sure where to start… We spent NYE there and it was seriously a joke or a disaster - sorry to say! 100$ per person for what was supposed to be a 4 course dinner but we never got the 1st, the 2nd was not worth to be called a course (literally 4 leaves of salad and 2 slices of tomato and cucumber!), third was everything but good but at least it was a dish, and 4th never came! They took the dessert spoons of every table after midnight without ever serving it (I heard a guy asking about it and the answer was: kitchen is already closed). The service was completely lost, I waited over 1h (!!) for my first drink and even had to ask and remind them 6 times and the bartender was completely overwhelmed and almost panicking (visibly…). Honestly if you can’t throw such a party, please don’t do it!
