This review was a bit of a challenge. As fractional numbers are not an option. I would have given it a 3.5 if that was an option.
I decided to grab a pizza based on the reviews. Things started off swimmingly. The chef is super friendly and helpful. Service is fast, for the most part.
Unfortunately, things fall apart in the most important areas. While I think the pizza recommendation was spot on. Execution and delivery were not. The pizza was average. Yes, it is made in front of you and cooked in a wood fired oven. It was a very forgettable meal.
To drive a nail in the experience. When I went to pay the check. I had the chef (owner?) and his daughter(?) begging and pressuring me to pay in cash vs. using a card not a becoming situation and one I did not appreciate.

But the most important thing failed: the oven wasn't hot so our pizza was not cooked enough. It was cold and the dough was raw. Also the bubbles were missing because it didn't reach the temperature when the yeast starts working. So we basically ate cold and fluid dough which was not crunchy at all. If they pay attention to heat up the oven properly before they put the pizza inside, it is going to be an...
