As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend this hotel. Jorge reached out to me prior to arrival and offered to arrange a taxi from the airport for 25 sols. When I arrived at the Cusco airport, there was a driver waiting with a sign. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was offered coca tea to help with acclimating to the altitude. I was also ensured that if I experienced any altitude sickness during my stay, that the hotel would be happy to arrange for help to be sent to my room. Once again, being solo, this was great to know but luckily not needed. While enjoying the welcome tea, my bags were delivered to my room. The complimentary breakfast each morning was wonderful - a nice selection of local fruits, bread, meat/cheese, eggs cooked to order and the best fresh squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were lovely and made you feel at home. The room was nice and clean - plenty of hot water, a heater in the room, and warm linens on the bed. The WiFi was super fast too - no problem making FaceTime calls with a steady connection. Safe and secure with the best hospitality. Perfect location. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Five out of five stars and then some. Amazing location, we easily walked everywhere. Across the street are pharmacies, grocery stores, and more. Around the corner is the city center. The rooms were beautiful. Though we were on the fourth floor and had to get used to walking up the stairs, it was definitely worth it. The view of the city is beautiful. Our room had a heater for the cold nights. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were so helpful, attentive, and kind. They pack a breakfast/lunch if you have plans. They even delivered hot tea to us on our last night. Wish all stays were like MOAF!

Fantastic, amazing, wonderful staff, adorable breakfast lady, gorgeous little courtyard..... We spent 4 nights (or maybe it was 5) nights at this hotel.

This hotel is tucked off a side street and securely situated. You'll need to ring the doorbell to be let in. We never felt unsafe, though, walking around Cusco at night and returning to the hotel.

The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds have lots of blankets for those folks who get chilly quickly. We enjoyed the cool weather at night in June (down to mid-30s) and slept with the 1st floor window open.

The added benefit of the first floor was the gorgeous Jasmine tree in the courtyard that was incredibly fragrant.

Breakfast was cooked to order by the most adorable lady. French press Peruvian coffee every morning. (Watch out, Peruvian coffee is strong!). Fresh fruit and juice daily!

Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. We left for our Machu Pichu tour about 4:30am and I embarrassingly thought the gentleman behind the counter wanted me to check out. Nope. He brought out two sack lunches for us to take for the long day ahead!!

Upon depart, the hotel greets you for a final time with a small local gift....which we carefully protected and will always treasure.

The hotel is closely positioned near the main plaza, near the Royal Incan street, close to the best souvenir place (Asuntas, which I probably spelled wrong) and a small shipping market across the street (bottled water and snacks).

A small eatery called Avocados is right on the corner and offers amazing food!

This boutique hotel is on our list of places...

Jasmine and the rest of the staff at Moaf provided us a wonderful experience while we spent 8 nights there in 2 different stints. ||We arrived at 10 am after three flights from the US West Coast, including a long red-eye. While checking us in, Jasmine quickly realized what we needed. She immediately sat us down and gave us coca tea while other staff took our bags to our room.||She gave great advice on acclimatizing to the altitude, arranged interesting and informative tours, and was very friendly and responsive. Every day she told us about what special events were happening.||Rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, great pillows, and a functional desk/table space. For one of our stays, we had a 3rd floor room with a separate table, sink, and small fridge, plus a lovely view over the city. ||Wifi was great — good enough that we both did a few days of remote work, including Zoom video calls. ||Breakfast was terrific — made-to-order eggs, lots of high-quality fresh fruit, coffee & many teas & hot chocolate, tamales & sausage, cereals & yoghurt, plus some breads and more.||The common spaces are great: breakfast room is available all day. Plus the 3rd & 4th floors have pretty places to sit with great views across the city - great place to sit and work or read or have a call. ||We highly recommend Moaf - excellent accommodations for a very affordable rate. Plus I just can’t say enough about how much Jasmine and the other staff did to make our stay comfortable...

We had a wonderful stay at MOAF!! We arrived early in the morning after an overnight bus and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They served us hot tea and helped us with our check in. Even though the official check in time was at 12pm, they allowed us to check in much earlier around 8am since our room was available :)

The service was top notch. We had not pre-booked any tours but the staff at MOAF explained each tour available in detail and helped us book multiple tours.

We went for the city tour, sacred valley tour, rainbow mountain and of course Machu Picchu tour all arranged by the wonderful staff at MOAF :) the prices were competitive and the tours were of excellent quality. All the tour guides were knowledgeable and were fluent in English.

They even arranged for a taxi to take us from the bus station (Inca rail) to our hotel doorstep even when it was only a 5min ride.

When we had to leave at 430am for the rainbow valley tour, they were kind enough to give us a wake up call and prepared a breakfast bag too. Everything was arranged perfectly and we could not have asked for anything more. Would absolutely love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone...
