… how should I start. First of all … we were more than one hour without drinks. We asked the waiters three times … than out of nowhere they had HALF of our drinks ready - only half of our drinks!! The Raviolis were very salty and had coriander in it. The pork was too sweet and DRY (tasted like a dessert), and overall we had to wait one and a half hour for our food. Every meat dish was dry. The pineapple juice was streched with water. The waiters were friendly, but we noticed that it was not well organized. In addition to that, half of the staff was filming some social media stuff. Very inpolite in front of the guests, when the restaurant is FULL. For the bill we had to wait for ages … horrible. If you like salty and dry food, have a lot of time and money, visit this restaurant. But to be honest for a total of S./ 150 per Person I expect excellent service and...

Maybe it was the time of day (middle of the day) but, we had the place to ourselves. The artwork, paintings and other furnishings really added to the ambience. Milagros was our server and she was very attentive, polite mannered, and helped us choose the best options. I am a vegan, so sometimea it is hard to adjust a non-vegan menu but, I was pleased to see that I had at least 2 things that I could recreate to suit my vegan needs. I had the quinoa burger with the potatoes! Delicioso! And there was a Kepchu Sauce (sauzo) that was used instead of ketchup and it was BANGING! Great food, great ambience, great service. Very nice and unexpected experience, we didn’t know about the dance rituals during dinner, it was very enjoyable. Milagros was the waitress during our dinner and she provided excellent service. The food was good, although, I do have some criticism. The pork tenderloin was too dry and the alpaca carpaccio could have been anything, it was very tasty but unfortunately I couldn’t taste the actual flavor of the meat. Overall experience...
