Popolo Pizza is now a chain of four pizzerias that is marketed with the concept of a handmade, artisanal pizza. They offer delivery by calling 01 4800476, covering the areas of San Isidro, Lince, Magdalena, Miraflores, Barranco, San Borja, Surco, San Miguel and Pueblo Libre.

With regard to their premises in Miraflores, it is on the corner of Alcanfores and Cantuarias, about 2 to 3 meters below street level, which gives it an additional attraction.

Although the service of the Venezuelan personnel that serves there is not professional, it is extremely attentive, friendly and even affectionate, which makes diners feel comfortable. The atmosphere at night is very pleasant, with candles on each table to illuminate them. They serve a fairly regular coffee and, to believe in other reviews, the pizzas (their forte) are good. Con respecto a este local en Miraflores, se encuentra en la esquina que hacen Alcanfores y Cantuarias, unos 2 a 3 metros por debajo del nivel de la calle, lo que le da una atracción adicional.

Si bien el servicio del personal venezolano que allí atiende no es profesional, es sumamente servicial, amable y hasta cariñoso, lo que hace a los comensales sentirse confortables. El ambiente en la noche es muy agradable, con velas en cada mesa para iluminarlas. Sirven un café bastante regular y, a creer en otras reseñas, las pizzas (su fuerte) son buenas. Quiero regresar...

The main attraction of this place is their pizzas, they look really good. I ordered lasagna though, it was ok.

Lemonade wasn't made from actual fruit, and the capuccino was weak (too much milk, so it felt more latte). The fake lemonade wasn't much of a surprise, but I expected more of the capuccino, since it's an Italian thing.

The best for me was the complementary garlic bread that came with the lasagna. We ordered an extra ration of garlic bread with mozzarella, which was very good, but not really necessary. That was my bad.

Very good pizza in a very nice setting. Outdoor patio is really enjoyable.

Menu has plenty of different pizzas and a few pasta. Tried the pizza which was delicious.

But you'd rather order it online. Service was painfully slow. They are overwhelmed by online deliveries. There are, at all times, at least 5 different delivery guys, from various online apps, waiting in front of the restaurant. I saw droves of pizzas being shipped while I was waiting. All in all, from being seated to get my change back, it took one hour and a half, for one pizza for one single person. Others around me were also visibly annoyed...
