Brought my family over for lunch and I'm writing this review while they're having their little feast. The food are good, indeed. The service is very bad; 1) The rice plate was even broken on one edge which I was really risky as I have my 2 year old niece with me. 2) The food was served altogether including the buko pandan desserts plus the knife are worn out. 3) There's no teaspoon for the dessert. (So basically, their msg is... "use the spoon you use with your kare kare" LOL) 4) The iced tea was tasteless, when I asked a crew about it he said; "Yung nka sachet na nestea kc yan" shoutout to him HAROLD as per his name plate, then I asked for water. He said; "bottled water lang ang meron" then I asked another crew, "tap water lang po kng okay lang" (at least he's honest) Overall experience with food is okay... But they can't leverage in providing good service. 👎👎👎

I have been a regular customer for Gerry's Grill in Cebu, Angeles City and Dubai and from what I have seen the one in SM City Clark is the worst when it comes to service, food. Our drinks order came late, even though the drinks were ready kept on the bar, the staff seems and looks to be busy but they are not. The food is not to the quality as it should be for Gerry's Grill standards as in Cebu and Dubai. Pork Sisig was chewy, the Adobo Rice had a peculiar smell. They never ask for repeat drinks I had to call and get their attention to order more drinks, water etc. Gerry's Grill at SM CITY CLARK you need to seriously look into your food and service standards. For now will take a pass from this location.

Our meal at Gerry's Grill was a satisfying mix of Filipino classics. The Crispy Pata was perfectly crispy and tender, a definite highlight. Both the Pinakbet and Chopseuy were fresh, with the Pinakbet offering a bold, traditional flavor. The meal ended on a sweet note with a refreshing Halo-halo, though it could have used more leche flan or ube. The service was excellent, with waiters dressed in neatly uniformed attire, adding to the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Overall, great food and attentive service—perfect for authentic Filipino dining.

We been eating at Gerry's for so many years, but today wasn’t that really good 😌 we’ve ordered The set food, which has sinigang na hipon, sisig,, grilled chicken and so on, The shrimps from the sinigang soup wasn’t clean at all, the grilled chicken wasn’t cook it was under cooked, it’s definitely under cooked, as I myself is a chef and i rate gerrys today for 3 star And this 3 star i would say and give to the people who served us, I can’t recommend this restaurant until Ive seen any improvements

I think this was the best Filipino restaurant we’ve tried so far , we didn’t try a lot of their food but I enjoy the food that we used to order.. we try their sinigang shrimp and it was good.. and their beef kare kare , next time maybe i would try the pork kare kare or maybe they pork sinigang.. anyway I like the way they cook the veggies, I love it half cook .. which is crunchy little bit not undercooked..

My friend celebrated her birthday here. Gerry's Grill is perfect for birthday celebration and gatherings. To their place, it's nice also it's big, they can really accommodate groups/barkadas. Their staff are all approachable and they are efficient and nice as well. About their food, I could say, they are all delicious. They also have a lot of branches already so almost always there will be Gerry's near you.
