McDonald's Cebu Colon South — Restaurant in Cebu City

Sharing my terrible morning experience at a McDonald's branch in Cebu!!!!

I only ordered a breakfast meal (sausage McMuffin and another sausage McMuffin with coffee) since I'm in a hurry and grabbing a McDonald's meal was my 1st meal option. I patiently waited, knowing that the cashier never gives notice in the usual manner "Ma'am/Sir, lutuon pa ra ba ni. Makahulat ra ka _ minutes?" Since I never received that kind of question, I'm sure that my order will be taken care of immediately. After 15 minutes had passed (15 minutes for that order ONLY?), I approached the cashier to inquire about my order (it is my right to ask, and I did so patiently). Then this cook in the kitchen raised his voice (a guy) "Wala na kahulat?!?" the people besidde me even heard the yell. I am surprised because I have the right to inquire about my breakfast order at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. If McDonald's hires staff/cooks with good PR and customer service, situations like this won't happen.

This has been my most disappointing experience here, and I hope this branch addresses it promptly after reading this...

I've frequented this particular McDonald's location on multiple occasions recently, and I've consistently found it to surpass the typical standards of a McDonald's establishment. The prices are wallet-friendly, and it provides a pleasant environment for passing the time while waiting for your PSA processing. Moreover, it operates around the clock, which is an exceptional perk. The cuisine is simply outstanding, freshly prepared and immensely delectable. The McChicken fillet, also known as the "king," proved to be an incredibly satisfying meal. This spot is ideal for either takeout or dining in, especially when biding time for a special someone. Crew was courteous and friendly. Place is clean. They were partly closing an area for cleaning when we got here around 10pm for coffee and understandably sitting is limited but they inform us where we can sit. One thing very noticeable is the warm temperature of the shop. They didn't have much customers then since it's late at night but because of their strategic location, a crowd was inside in no time and made the place warmer.
