Food is great, coffee is okay, service and staff are abysmal. I got my steps in walking back and forth to the counter as I came here every morning 5 days in a row and had to take my coffee back every single time without fail as they had forgotten something about it - iced coffee w sugar syrup on the side isn’t a difficult order. I felt very unwelcome as the staff fail to acknowledge you until you’re standing directly in front of them and then they’re very stand offish in both tone and body language. I asked for service water which they failed to bring until I have to walk back in and remind them along w whatever else they’d forgotten about my order A few tips from someone who’s worked hospitality for 10 years: ☕️Greet your customers as they enter ☕️Repeat orders back to ensure you’re not forgetting anything ☕️Warm up the pastries before serving them and provide a utensil to eat baked goods with ☕️Water service should be a given, at the very least remembered when requested ☕️Communication between staff needs to be of the utmost importance as this is clearly lacking ☕️Iced coffee and iced americano are 2 different orders

This is our favorite French bakery on the island! They have the best croissants, baguettes, sourdough bread, pain au chocolats, sandwiches and sweets. We like to come here to get ourselves streets after a beautiful morning of surfing in cloud nine. My daughter loves the cookies and the chocolate fondant! My husband and I like to get sandwiches or paninis to go - especially on busy days, island hopping or when we go to the airport. There’s an option to dine insid or outside, depending on what you feel like. It’s a good place for families and friends to chat and relax with their coffee. I also love the fact that they offer delivery since we live on the island and whenever we have a party, we order from them and they bring the bread to our house. The best if I can give is to reserve your croissants early, especially if you want a lot. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. What I love about this place is that when you come inside the shop, you can immediately smell the freshly baked croissants. The smell fills up the entire place. They have a wide selection of pastries. I, of course, tried their famous croissant which some people say is the best in the world. I got their coffee and croissant combo which is fairly cheap. For only P150.00, you can get a regular croissant with butter on the side and your choice of cafe americano or cappuccino. I wouldn't say the croissant I tasted there is the best in the world, but it was pretty good.
