Food is great, coffee is okay, service and staff are abysmal. I got my steps in walking back and forth to the counter as I came here every morning 5 days in a row and had to take my coffee back every single time without fail as they had forgotten something about it - iced coffee w sugar syrup on the side isnât a difficult order. I felt very unwelcome as the staff fail to acknowledge you until youâre standing directly in front of them and then theyâre very stand offish in both tone and body language. I asked for service water which they failed to bring until I have to walk back in and remind them along w whatever else theyâd forgotten about my order A few tips from someone whoâs worked hospitality for 10 years: âď¸Greet your customers as they enter âď¸Repeat orders back to ensure youâre not forgetting anything âď¸Warm up the pastries before serving them and provide a utensil to eat baked goods with âď¸Water service should be a given, at the very least remembered when requested âď¸Communication between staff needs to be of the utmost importance as this is clearly lacking âď¸Iced coffee and iced americano are 2 different orders
Other than all that, theyâve got a great outdoor setting w a wonderful breeze supplemented w overhead fans, always had power and fast wifi and again the food was great and ready quickly. Once they fix the staff and service issues this cafe will be a top...
Read moreThis is our favorite French bakery on the island! They have the best croissants, baguettes, sourdough bread, pain au chocolats, sandwiches and sweets. We like to come here to get ourselves streets after a beautiful morning of surfing in cloud nine. My daughter loves the cookies and the chocolate fondant! My husband and I like to get sandwiches or paninis to go - especially on busy days, island hopping or when we go to the airport. Thereâs an option to dine insid or outside, depending on what you feel like. Itâs a good place for families and friends to chat and relax with their coffee. I also love the fact that they offer delivery since we live on the island and whenever we have a party, we order from them and they bring the bread to our house. The best if I can give is to reserve your croissants early, especially if you want a lot. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They are always smiling whenever we enter the cafĂŠ...
Read moreWhat I love about this place is that when you come inside the shop, you can immediately smell the freshly baked croissants. The smell fills up the entire place. They have a wide selection of pastries. I, of course, tried their famous croissant which some people say is the best in the world. I got their coffee and croissant combo which is fairly cheap. For only P150.00, you can get a regular croissant with butter on the side and your choice of cafe americano or cappuccino. I wouldn't say the croissant I tasted there is the best in the world, but it was pretty good. When you go there, be sure to bring small bills because they don't usually have change, especially when you go there early in...
