Masala Siargao — Restaurant in General Luna

I want to go back already!!! The food was AMAZING and tickled every corner of our taste buds. Chef Ram really comes up with the tastiest and delicious combinations and knows how to use his spices to create bursts of flavors in your mouth! Even every dip that came with the naan was unique and delicious. There were also VEGAN options for those who are plant-based. (I’ll try those next!) The plating and the presentation of the food was were eye catching and detailed. The staff were also so well trained and always smiling! My husband and I went on a date here and we were absolutely raving about every bite. Ended our scrumptious meal with the dessert…. So yum!!

We also liked the quiet homey vibe inside Emerald Village, despite it being right by Cloud 9. There are books, games and running space for kids to run around while the adults enjoy their meal. Which is an absolute win for families and parents!

Only Chef Ram can make this kind of magic. Can’t wait to come back for more!! Two...

Newly constructed menu of Masala, a restaurant at Emerald Resort, will do nothing but blow you away! It’s hands down one the best Indian cuisine we’ve had (in general, not only on the island!). The dishes are very flavorful - rich in sensations, not necessarily only “hot”. We’ve tried a couple of their options over a few meals and let me tell you, you cannot really go wrong with whatever you choose. I eat meat (please do yourself a favour and try their Pork Rogan Josh), but I love how the restaurant caters to both vegan and gluten free community. We were also surprised by how delicious is their dessert. Top everything with super lovely staff and happy hour cocktails (3 to 7pm) and you’ve got a recipe for a perfect...

This cannot be the best that General Luna has to offer. We showed up to enjoy a nice dinner of Belgian food, but the three ladies did not seem excited to serve us, even though we were the only ones there. My wife's dish was not available, and they could not determine if the Belgian stew was available. They had to keep asking each other if an item on the menu was available or not. So disappointed in this place..... I cannot rate the food as we did not get to taste it. The customer service is horrific....enough that I will not go back! ...
