The order was placed at 7:40 PM (Manila Time) without advise the manager at the counter did not say it will take 25 to 30 minutes for the food to be prepared. That is basically a blatant disregard to customer’s time just to make a sale.

The manager should have advised this initially before the customer can place an order, but typical greedy Filipino calling it “just business” shows they do not care for customer’s importance of time. This is not a rare case it happens to other Filipino establishments they just have their own style of making money off from customers.

Obviously, this low rating won’t make any impact in their business but letting you know time is important to everyone not just for Greenwich The problem with Filipino society itself majority of people are not mindful for the reason this country as a whole is so corrupt cultured they don’t care of your time is valuable but theirs.

When you wan to to dine or take away make sure to ask them the time to prepare the food as 25 minutes is not...

Ordered a group meal and upgraded the spaghetti to lasagna. They buzzed our number and order they prepared was incorrect. They gave us the spaghetti instead of the lasagna. We asked for the pizza instead so we can eat since we've been waiting for more than 15 minutes already. When I ordered the pizza in the counter the lady said the glaze is spicy but we can have it on the side, so I said okay just give it to us on the side. The pizza was delivered and the glaze was on the pizza....
