With my friends, I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Pollo Loco in Glorietta 4, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ms. Vanessa. She was prompt, proactive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Vanessa made sure we were seated comfortably and had everything we needed. Her proactive approach meant we never had to ask for anything – she was always one step ahead. Her accommodating nature and warm smile made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She handled multiple tasks efficiently and always maintained a high level of customer service. What really stood out was her genuine care for her customers. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our meal and overall experience. In a world where exceptional customer service is rare, Ms. Vanessa's performance was a breath of fresh air. Best branch we’ve been to! We’ve eaten at El Pollo Loco branches for over 10+ years and this experience has been the best. Staff were super kind, very professional, always smiling, and attentive. Ordered the chicken tenders and didn’t expect them to be so fresh and tasty. Normally, chicken tenders taste like flour, but not this one. The serving size of the chicken was also massive. Staff were refilling our service water glasses regularly, and they were always on the lookout for additional orders. Extremely happy with this experience. We are coming back!

Expectations are not met We went here after a movie to have dinner. We had high expectations due to high reviews but we felt sorry that the place was not able to meet it. We felt that we had better roasted chicken and side dishes from other places at a lower price too. The chickens, a thigh part and a breast part were a bit dry for us. While the side dish was bland. So we were wondering how they could have a high rating if we experienced something different from it.

We are hungry at that time and we are looking for a place that we can eat right away. Good thing here at El Pollo Loco Glorietta found a good seat to dine in. We advised the waitress to kindly serve the food we ordered and it was fast in a few minutes our group meal for 2 was in front of us. The serving is not that generous though and few selections on their menu. But overall it was nice trying their food.

Subpar. Chicken is bland. Salsa tasted like plain mashed tomatoes. Spicy salsa wasnt even spicy. Burrito was 90% rice and they have the gall to call it a beef burrito. Prices are too high for the quality of food. I've been to el pollo loco in the states and this pales in comparison. C'mon canned fruit with cream passes as a dessert. What a let down...

Tasty and wonderful! Their food doesn’t only look good, they taste incredibly good, too. This is probably my most favorite L.A. Mex restaurant so far. This branch is easy to locate, since it sits at the center of Glorietta. Service-wise, it’s fast and friendly. They offer loaded group meals, too. Cash, GCash, and card payments are accepted.
