We ordered the shrimp and the chorizo board with pandesam for starters and the grilled lamb and the roasted lamb for mains.
The serving for the shrimp was quite small for what they were charging nonetheless it was good. The chorizo board we would recommend, good serving good quality, although I think a couple more pieces of pandesal would’ve been nice.
As for the lambs, I had the roasted lamb which was nice but I was expecting more for the price they were charging. The cook of it was good but the flavours were just ordinary roasted flavours. My partner says his grilled lamb was cooked well, but the green beans that came with it were quite hard, not sure if it’s meant to be cooked like this but he wasn’t the biggest fan of the texture. The mash could’ve been more creamy and smooth (in my opinion).
Service and atmosphere wise, the waiters and the barman were friendly and kind. We were sat at the bar until there was a table available for us, we had our starters there and our mains at the table. Seating arrangements in the restaurant were kind of odd and arranged weirdly but that’s us just being observant. The mains came out a little staggered but nothing too bad (around 5 mins apart). It was quite loud inside, not sure either if it was a very busy time or not as there were quite a few empty tables.
Overall, we were quite disappointed with how much our bill came to at the end considering we don’t drink alcohol and we only got a starter and a main each. We also checked the reviews and had high hopes for the flavours of their food. Our bill came to 6,000PHP, we would’ve been happy to pay 3000PHP for the food and service to be honest. Giving a low 4 out of 5 as there’s nothing wrong with it, just not worth the price they’re charging.

I visited Las Flores for a late lunch and left extremely disappointed. I arrived and placed my order at 2:33 PM, opting for the lunch set with calamares as my appetizer and paella as my main course. Unfortunately, the service was painfully slow from the start. I had to follow up just to get my calamares, which took around 15 minutes to arrive.
I was informed by the server that the paella would take 30 minutes, which I agreed to. However, what really frustrated me was seeing other customers who came in after me getting served both their appetizers and paellas much faster, even though they ordered similar items.
After following up on my order, the server told me it would be another 20 minutes—this was already 3:00 PM, and I asked to cancel it. Moments later, they suddenly told me the paella would be ready in 7 minutes. It eventually arrived 12 minutes later, and to make things worse, the rice was undercooked.
At this point, I didn’t know whether this was due to poor communication between the staff and the kitchen, or if they simply prioritized foreign diners over locals—which is how it felt, based on what I observed.
The manager did offer complimentary pasta as a gesture, but by then, I had already lost my appetite. The paella was the main reason I chose to dine here, and this experience completely ruined it for me. I ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.
I hope Las Flores takes this feedback seriously. Diners expect more—especially when a restaurant claims to offer a...
Read moreService was very disappointing. I had high hopes for this restaurant since I've already dined here. We ordered their paella vieiras, and we were even informed by the server that it would take 35 mins, so she suggested to place it as an advance order and left. We thought the reason she left was because she'd punch and prioritize our order, so we didn't mind.
Fast forward to more than 35 mins after, we followed up our order, only to be told that there were no paella orders from our table. We recounted how we ordered it and how the server even suggested to place the order ahead of time. The server didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, but instead called another server and the manager to talk to us. The other server informed us that it would take another 20 mins to cook our paella, so we reluctantly accepted, and the manager offered us a dessert platter and a drink as compensation. When the paella finally arrived, the scallops were overcooked and the quality was underwhelming.
Apart from that, service in general was disappointingly slow even with just simple requests like plates, cutlery, and bill. I hope Las Flores listens to these feedback because it looks like previous diners also experienced similiar instances, particularly with their paella and general...
