Very poor service. It was our first time to try Mesa Festival Branch today at lunch time. We waited for 45 mins only to find out that they were having problems with their system.
First time I followed up our order, the waitress said that it will be served in 15-20mins and that its been just 13 mins since we ordered.
2nd time i followed up was after 10 mins. She said our order was coming already.
When I followed up the 3rd the waitress was telling us that they were having technical problems and lost our order.
The same thing was experienced by the table beside us. Their soup was already cold and greasy before their crispy pata was served.
They don't care if their customers are already hungry and fuming mad. I was with 2 hungry senior citizens. If they were having technical difficulty with their system and lost our orders, they should have asked us again what our order was and they should have done everything manually instead. Customers are not supposed to wait until their system goes up.
Their apology, especially the manager, wasn't sincere. When we told him that we were transfering to another resto and that i'll only pay for the mango shake they initially served. He just said "ok" as if hindi kami kawalan.
Crappy service,...

Service was ok. Friendly but not very proactive in terms of filling up empty water glasses.
The food was the major strength of this place. We ordered a boodle fight, squid in olive oil, garlic rice, and bangus.
The boodle fight was advertised as a portion size for 3 to 4 people. Honestly, it is more of a portion dize for just 2 people at best or maybe 3 to 4 not very hungry people. Some of the items in the boodle fight were oily such as the pork sisig but that's expected. The chicken was on the sweeter side. The shrimp was fried very crispy that you can even eat the shell. Overall, the flavors were delicious and tasty with a various mixture of textures..
The bangus was prepared differently than what I've had before. It was fried but rolled up in a banana leaf and stuffed with onions and tomatoes. Very very good!
The garlic rice here is also some of the best I've had as well. It was very garlicky unlike some other restaurants where the flavor is very subtle.
If you want a taste of some of the best filipino food, come here!
